A leading financial institute requested the development of a flexible and comprehensive corporate financial model that integrates an analysis of multiple business segments. The model should analyze and assist the management of the full range of client product lines in a comprehensive, user friendly, accurate and timely manner. The main challenge of the project was to tie together the analysis from varied product groups into a multi-segment corporate model and projection system. For this purpose the business was broken down into blocks of individual applications, and stochastic models with strong analytical capabilities were developed. The final outcome allowed the grouping of the analysis into a flexible and comprehensive corporate modeling framework. The system and its design successfully fulfilled the needs of the client - comprehensiveness, user friendly interface, and accuracy and speed of application.

A financial services company requested the development of an option pricing model for the establishment of an option for another company. algorithmica technologies gathered historical data and applied its financial-market knowledge and industry expertise to derive a specific range for the value of the company’s option. A valuation report was developed to support and document the model used to establish and manage the pricing level.
